Insurance assignments are processed through
Chase National Corp. - a 5% fee applies to only the portion
assigned. (i.e. if $2000 of a $10,000 policy is applied towards
the funeral bill, then the fee would be $100 which would be
deducted directly from the proceeds)

We do not offer financing or payment plans for at-need
funeral arrangements.

| Funerals must be fully funded within 48 hours (2 full days) of the date of service. Insurance benefits and beneficiary must be verified 2 full days before date of funeral service. |
